- Contractual Agreements: Upon engagement, Carpco enters into a formal agreement with clients outlining the scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Clients are advised to review and sign the contract before commencement of any services.
- Project Management: Carpco assumes responsibility for project management, overseeing all aspects of planning, design, procurement, and execution. Clients are required to provide timely approvals, access to project sites, and necessary resources to facilitate smooth project progression.
